Swedish Breakfast Cake

1 cup sugar
¼ pound butter or oleo
2 eggs
1 ½ cup flour
1 teaspoon soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ pint sour cream

½ cup coconut
½ cup sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon

Cream together 1 cup sugar and butter.  Add eggs one at a time.  Sift flour, soda and salt.  Add sour cream to mixture.  Mix together coconut, cinnamon, and ½ cup sugar.  Put half the batter in prepared pan.  Then ½ coconut mixture, then rest of batter.  Finish with the rest of the coconut.  Use knife to make curves.  Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until done.

Note:  Use a 9x13 inch pan.
