From Madeline Kolste 5 strips bacon, chopped 1 egg ½ cup sugar ½ cup cider vinegar 5 pounds canned potatoes 6 or 7 scallions 1 small jar pimentos Salt Pepper Chop bacon; cook. Leave 1/3 cup fat in pan. Beat egg; add sugar and vinegar. Stir egg mixture into warm fat. Mix in remaining ingredients. Season to taste. |
