From Virginia Minner Hislop 2 packages lemon Jello 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 large can evaporated milk Graham cracker crumbs Dissolve jello in two cups of hot water. Add lemon and 1 teaspoon lemon rind (grated). Chill slightly until it starts to jell. Whip one large can evaporated milk, add lemon mixture to cream. Sprinkle crumbs in pan and add mixture. Sprinkle a few crumbs on top. Chill. Note: Use a 9x11 glass baking dish. |
