Peanut Brittle   

2 cups white sugar
1 cup white Karo syrup
½ cup water
1 cup raw peanuts
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

1.   Boil sugar, syrup, and water until soft ball stage.
2.   Then add salt and peanuts and boil until tan colored.
3.   Add vanilla and baking soda and pour while foaming onto buttered cookie sheet.
4.   Cool and break into pieces.
